黄豆酱生产3D虚拟仿真平台的构建与运行

【摘要】 为真实模拟黄豆酱生产过程,构建了黄豆酱工厂化生产3D平台系统并进行应用。该平台利用三维可视化技术,采用虚拟仿真现实方法,依据黄豆酱生产工厂场景构建模型,按黄豆酱生产过程完成交互和评分,实现了黄豆酱生产工艺过程的在线模拟,主要包括认知学习、卫生规范和仿真学习3个模块,涵盖黄豆酱工厂化生产的原料预处理、制曲、发酵和包装等关键工艺控制和设备操作,具有多维度、高仿真、交互操作、全程参与、过程评价、实时信息反馈与指导等特点。通过应用该平台,可以达到虚拟仿真实践操作、模拟豆酱工厂化生产和企业宣传等良好效果。

【Abstract】 In order to truly simulate the production process of soybean paste, a 3D platform system for the industrialized production of soybean paste is constructed and applied.Through the three-dimensional visualization technology and virtual stimulation reality method, a model is built based on the scene of soybean paste production factory. The interaction and scoring are completed according to the production process of soybean paste. Online simulation of the soybean paste production process is achieved, which mainly includes three modules such as cognitive learning, hygiene regulation and simulation learning, covering the key process control and equipment operation such as pre-treatment of raw material, koji making, fermentation and packaging in the industrialized production of soybean paste. It is characterized by many dimensions, high simulation, interactive operation, whole process participation, process evaluation, real-time information feedback and guidance. By applying this platform, good results such as virtual simulation of practical operation, simulation of factory production of soybean paste and enterprise publicity can be achieved.
