水性醇酸树脂/丙烯酸乳液杂化防腐涂料的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 对水性醇酸树脂与丙烯酸乳液混拼为成膜物质的杂化防腐涂料进行了研究,探讨成膜物质的种类及用量对防腐涂料性能的影响,并对涂膜进行测试与表征。结果表明,杂化防腐涂料相比水性醇酸树脂和丙烯酸乳液在涂膜干燥时间和耐盐雾时间上均有较大改善,当丙烯酸乳液LR-2052添加量在10%(质量分数,后同),醇酸树脂添加量在17.5%时,涂膜综合性能最佳,涂膜表干时间不超过0.2 h、实干时间不超过18 h、耐盐雾时间长达200 h、漆面光泽(60°)为80%、硬度为H、耐水时间为180 h、耐冲击性为50 kg·cm,均符合市场要求。

【Abstract】 Hybrid anticorrosive coatings with waterborne alkyd resin and acrylic emulsion as film-forming materials were studied. The effects of types and dosages of film-forming materials on the properties of anticorrosive coatings were discussed, and the film was tested and characterized. The results show that compared with waterborne alkyd resin and acrylic emulsion, hybrid anticorrosive coatings are much better in drying time and salt spray resistance time of coatings film. When the dosage of LR-2052 acrylic emulsion is 10.0wt% and the dosage of alkyd resin is 17.5wt%, the comprehensive performance of coatings film is the best. The surface drying time of coatings film does not exceed 0.2 h, the hard drying time does not exceed 18 h, the salt spray resistance time is up to 200 h, the gloss of the coatings surface(60°) is 80%, the hardness is H, the water resistance time is 180 h, and the impact resistance is 50 kg·cm. They all meet the market requirements.
