复合高效配方药剂组合对甘蔗大螟和绵蚜防控效果评价

【摘要】 为筛选防控甘蔗大螟和绵蚜的复合高效配方药剂组合及精准高效施药技术,选用70%导向增效噻虫嗪种子处理可分散粉剂、46%杀单·苏云菌可湿性粉剂不同配方组合在两个试点进行田间药效试验。结果表明:70%导向增效噻虫嗪ZF 450 g/hm~2+46%杀单·苏云菌WP 2 250 g/hm~2对甘蔗大螟和绵蚜均具有良好的防控效果,是防控甘蔗大螟和绵蚜理想的复合高效配方药剂组合,可在1—5月结合新植蔗种植或宿根蔗管理,将70%导向增效噻虫嗪ZF 450 g/hm~2与公顷施肥量混合均匀后,均匀撒施于蔗沟、蔗蔸及时覆土,于3—5月第1、2代大螟卵孵化盛期,将46%杀单·苏云菌WP 2 250 g/hm~2兑水675 kg,采用电动背负式喷雾器人工叶面喷施,对大螟枯心苗的防效可达89.8%以上,对甘蔗绵蚜的防效可达100%;两试点该组合甘蔗实测产量和糖分分别较空白对照增加29 310、35 310 kg/hm~2(增产35.6%、41.3%)和5.9个百分点;比氯虫苯甲酰胺·噻虫嗪药剂处理节省600~1 050元/hm~2。

【Abstract】 In order to screen out the high-efficiency compound formula agent combinationand precision insecticide application technology against sugarcane Sesamia inferens Walker and Ceratovacuna lanigera Zehntner, different formula combinations pesticides of 70% oriented synergist thiamethoxam ZF and 46% monosultap-Bacillus thuringiensis WP were selected for field efficacy test in two different sites. The results showed that: 70% oriented synergistic thiamethoxam ZF 450 g/hm2 + 46% monosultap-Bacillus thuringiensis WP 2 250 g/hm2 had a good control effect on sugarcane S. inferens and C. lanigera, and it was an ideal high-efficiency compound formula agent combination for controlling S. inferens and C. lanigera. Combined with plant crop or ratoon sugarcane management from January to May, 70% oriented synergistic thiamethoxam ZF 450 g/hm2 was mixed evenly with the amount of fertilizer per hectare, and then spread evenly in sugarcane ditches or sugarcane stumps and covered with soil timely. During the peak egg hatching period of the first and second generation of S. inferens from March to May, 46% monosultap-Bacillus thuringiensis WP 2 250 g/hm2 was mixed with 675 kg water, and artificially sprayed on the leaf with electric knapsack sprayer. Their control effect on the dead heart seedling caused by S. inferens was more than 89.8% and C. lanigera was 100%. The measured yield and sucrose content increased by 29 310-35 310 kg/hm2(increased by 35.6%-41.3%) and 5.9 percentage points respectively compared with the control. It can save 600-1050 yuan/hm2 than pesticide chlorantraniliprole-thiamethoxam.
