法国甘蔗种质资源遗传多样性的AFLP分析

【摘要】 甘蔗种质的遗传多样性研究,能为种质的杂交和创新利用提供参考。本研究对43份法国甘蔗种质开展遗传多样性分析,用10对AFLP引物总计扩增出1 222条带,多态性条带为891条,多态性条带比率为72.91%。43份法国甘蔗种质间的相似性系数平均为0.809,最小是0.721,最大是0.880。每个位点的多态信息量是0.182,有效等位基因数是1.304,多样性指数是0.283。聚类结果显示在相似性系数0.78处切割时,可划分为2个类群,第Ⅰ类群包括‘FR97-047’、‘FR93-1066’、‘FR96-245’、‘FR97-053’、‘FR93-910’、‘FR93-316’、‘FR97-164’和‘FR93-697’;第Ⅱ类群有35份种质。43份法国甘蔗种质亲缘关系较近,遗传多样性并不丰富。

【Abstract】 Research on genetic diversity of sugarcane germplasms can provide information for cross and innovative utilization. The genetic diversity of 43 sugarcane germplasms from France was studied in this work. A total of 1 222 bands were amplified with ten pairs of primers, with 891 of which were polymorphic bands, and the percentage of polymorphic loci was 72.91%. The genetic similarity coefficient among 43 sugarcane germplasms range from 0.721 to 0.880, with an average of 0.809. The polymorphism information of each loci was 0.181 9, the effective number of alleles per loci was 1.303 5, shannon’s information index was 0.282 5. The phylogenetic analysis showed that 43 germplasms were divided into 2 groups at 0.78 of the similarity coefficient. The group Ⅰ consisted of FR97-047, FR93-1066, FR96-245, FR97-053, FR93-910, FR93-316, FR97-164 and FR93-697, which shared lower genetic similarity with the rest of 35 germplasms in the group Ⅱ. The 43 France sugarcane germplasms shared high genetic similarity, so genetic diversity is not rich.
