【摘要】 当前，中国乡村振兴机遇与挑战交织交融、同步激荡。乡风文明在乡村振兴战略总要求中居于重要地位，它推动农村物质文明和精神文明建设的双维互动发展，也为乡村振兴战略的施行营造健康文明、和谐美丽的乡村社会氛围，是乡村振兴的“灵魂”。乡风文明内蕴丰富的文化内涵和健康的风气习俗，坚持培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，以优秀文化引领乡村文化的前进方向，从根本上提高农民群众的思想道德素质，推进农村精神文明建设高质量发展，是乡村振兴战略中最基本、最深沉、最持久的力量。乡风文明的价值力量深深内嵌至乡村振兴战略的实施全过程，为振兴乡村奠定坚实的思想基础，积聚深厚的文化力量，提供重要的精神保障。在乡风文明建设过程中，由于受到各地乡村经济发展水平不同、农民科学文化水平各异、乡风文明建设重视程度不一等因素的掣肘，使得乡风文明助推乡村振兴的实际效果被弱化，这集中体现在农村思想道德建设存在难题、优秀传统文化传承面临挑战、公共文化建设相对薄弱、移风易俗有待加强四个方面。着眼于当前乡村振兴的现实境遇，全力推进乡风文明建设，以社会主义核心价值观为引领，保护和传承农村优秀传统文化，加强农村公共文化建设，倡导移风易俗，改善农民精神风貌，提高乡村社会文明程度就成为现阶段全力推进乡风文明建设的优化进路。同时乡风文明建设是一项极其复杂且漫长的工程，不可能一蹴而就，它需要我们在不断的实践中，推动中华优秀传统文化和现代文明在乡村的创造性转化和创新性发展，保障农村精神文明建设高质量推进，进而达成乡村振兴之目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, the opportunities and challenges of China’s rural revitalization are intertwined and stirred simultaneously. Rural civilization plays an important role in the general requirements of rural revitalization strategy, which promotes the two-dimensional interactive development of rural material and spiritual civilization construction and creates a healthy, civilized, harmonious and beautiful rural social atmosphere for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, and is the "soul" of rural revitalization.Rural civilization contains rich cultural connotation and healthy customs, insists on cultivating and practicing socialist core values, leads the direction of rural culture with excellent culture, fundamentally improves the ideological and moral quality of farmers, and promotes the high-quality development of rural spiritual civilization construction, which is the most basic, deepest and most lasting power in the rural revitalization strategy. The value power of rural civilization is deeply embedded in the whole process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy, laying a solid ideological foundation, accumulating profound cultural power and providing important spiritual guarantee for revitalizing the countryside. In the process of building rural civilization, the actual effect of rural civilization in promoting rural revitalization is weakened due to the constraints of different levels of economic development, different scientific and cultural levels of farmers, and different degrees of attention to rural civilization construction. This is reflected in four aspects, namely, the difficulties in the construction of rural ideology and morality, the challenges in the inheritance of good traditional culture, the relatively weak construction of public culture, and the change of customs.
