【Abstract】 The gonadal toxicity of chemoradiotherapy may result in premature ovarian insufficiency(POI) or premature ovarian failure(POF),which can lead to loss of fertility and damaged ovarian function.With the improvement in the survival rate of young women with malignant tumors,female cancer survivors have begun to focus on their fertility and endocrine function.This article aims to discuss the mechanism of chemoradiotherapy-induced premature ovarian insufficiency and its prevention and treatment measures,which have important roles in women’s psychological health,family well-being,and social stability.更多还原
