子宫颈机能不全的热点问题与诊治策略
Hot issues and diagnosis and treatment strategies of cervical insufficiency
【摘要】 <正>子宫颈机能不全尚无统一的定义，通常是以妊娠37周前缺乏早产征象而子宫颈管缩短和宫口扩张为特点，典型表现为妊娠中晚期无痛性、进行性宫口扩张，伴或不伴胎膜早破、羊膜囊外凸出子宫颈口，最终导致中期妊娠流产及早产[1-2]。
