【Abstract】 Acute abdomen in pregnancy(AAP)can be due to obstetric as well as non-obstetric causes. The diagnosis and treatment of AAP are often delayed due to lack of typical symptoms and signs. AAP develops rapidly,and can endanger the life safety of mothers and fetuses in severe cases.
