【摘要】 为全面提升安吉县水土保持工作数字化水平,打通水利部门与其他部门间信息共享交互渠道,借助大数据、数字孪生、人工智能、虚拟现实等信息技术,以“11143”为总体框架,即1个统一的工作门户平台、1套监管制度、1个底层数据仓、4大核心业务应用系统、3个水土保持服务模块,构建数字水土保持智慧管理平台,以实现安吉县水土保持“一图管理”、生产建设项目全生命周期“一屏管理”、水土流失动态监测、智慧决策与应用、行业宣传服务等业务场景。

【Abstract】 To improve comprehensively the digital level of soil and water conservation work and open up channels for information sharing and interaction between water conservancy departments and other departments, Anji County took 11143 as the overall framework(one unified work portal, one supervision and management system, one bottom data warehouse, four core business application systems and three service modules of soil and water conservation) and built the intelligent managment platform of digital soil and water conservation based on the information technology of the new generation such as big data, digital twin, artificial intelligence and virtual reality to achieve a number of business scenario such as soil and water conservation one picture management, production and construction projects full life-cycle one screen manage-m ent, dynamic monitoring of soil erosion, smart decision-making and application and industry promotion services.
