【摘要】 基于2000—2020年亚洲开发银行多区域投入产出表，从供需结构、全球价值链、国际网络关系的三维视角，揭示入世以来中国国民经济外循环的格局变迁。研究发现：(1)从供需结构视角看，与全球其他主要国家相比，中国国民经济外循环占比相对较低。(2)从全球价值链视角看，自2008年金融危机以来，中国参与全球价值链的程度进入下降通道，这一趋势一直没有得到逆转。入世以来，中国在全球价值链上的分工地位可能有所削弱。(3)从国际网络关系视角看，中国在全球供需网络中的地位和影响力稳步提升，2020年仅次于美国和德国，处于全球第三的位置，逐渐走近“世界舞台中央”。(4)中国面临的市场约束和“卡脖子”风险整体降低并呈现分散态势，但中国可能面临来自美国的进出口双向约束。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the Asian Development Bank’s multi-regional input-output tables from 2000 to 2020, the pattern of China’s national economic external circulation since WTO accession is revealed from the three-dimensional perspectives of supply and demand structure, global value chain, and international network relations. The study finds that:(1) from the perspective of supply and demand structure, the share of China’s national economy external circulation is relatively low compared with other major countries in the world.(2) From the perspective of global value chains, China’s participation in global value chains has entered a downward path since the financial crisis in 2008, and this trend has not been reversed. Since its accession to the WTO, China’s position in the division of labor in global value chains may have weakened.(3) From the perspective of international network relations, China’s position and influence in the global supply and demand network has been steadily increasing, and in 2020, it is in the third position in the world after the United States and Germany, gradually “approaching the center of the world stage”.(4) China’s market constraints and “neck” risks have been reduced and dispersed as a whole.
