【摘要】 目的：分析基于成本控制下预防性维护在医院医疗设备质量控制中的应用价值。方法：于2021年1月～12月对医疗设备质量控制采用常规维护管理（常规管理组），2022年1月～2023年1月在医院医疗设备质量控制中采用基于成本控制下预防性维护（成本控制组）；比较两组医疗设备质量控制维护花费成本、医疗设备故障情况。结果：成本控制组管理费、材料费、场地费、第三方支出费用、维修费用均低于常规管理组（P<0.05）。成本控制组医疗设备管理期间故障率低于常规管理组，利润优秀率高于常规管理组（P<0.05）。成本控制组维护知识、故障发现能力、故障解决能力、管理制度知晓、维护登记、操作准确性、学习积极性高于常规管理组（P<0.05）。结论：基于成本控制下预防性维护可提高医院医疗设备质量控制水平，减少医疗设备支出费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the application value of preventive maintenance in hospital medical equipment quality control based on cost control. Methods: From January to December 2021, routine maintenance management(routine management group) was adopted for medical equipment quality control. From January 2022 to January 2023, preventive maintenance based on cost control was adopted for hospital medical equipment quality control(cost control group). The cost of quality control and maintenance of medical equipment and the failure of medical equipment were compared between the two groups. Results: The management fee, material fee, site fee, third-party expense and maintenance expense of the cost control group were lower than those of the conventional management group(P<0.05). The failure rate of the cost control group was lower than that of the conventional management group, and the profit excellence rate was higher than that of the conventional management group(P<0.05). The maintenance knowledge, fault finding ability, fault solving ability, knowledge of management system, maintenance registration, operational accuracy and learning enthusiasm of cost control group were higher than those of conventional management group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Preventive maintenance based on cost control can improve the quality control level of hospital medical equipment and reduce the cost of medical equipment.更多还原
