【摘要】 传统聚落是历史和地域文化的载体。传统聚落营建的实体构成体现在关联类型、要素、空间的系统性单元集群，传统聚落保护发展的前提是基于营建实体对聚落主客体进行价值基准的把控及价值体系的构建。研究基于价值理论，提出分析传统聚落在“类型—要素—空间”实体营建的三大体系构成，明确中微尺域下传统聚落保护发展所需的四大价值基准，最后基于价值基准进行传统聚落价值结构及评估体系的构建方法路径探索，为未来进行地域及全国传统聚落科学价值体系的多样统一奠定研究基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional settlements are the carrier of history and regional culture. The system composition of traditional settlements is reflected in the systematic unit clusters of related types, elements,and spaces. The key point is that the premise of the protection and development of traditional settlements is the control of the value criterion and the construction of the value system for the subject and object of the settlement. Based on the theory of value, the study proposes to analyze the three major systems of traditional settlements in the "type-element-space" construction and clarifies the four major value criteria required for the protection and development of traditional settlements in the medium and micro scales. Finally, based on the value criterion, the exploration of the construction method and path of the traditional settlement value evaluation system will lay a research foundation for the future scientific value evaluation system of national and regional traditional settlements.更多还原
