【摘要】 目的 了解临床试验报告规范(CONSORT声明)在国内随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)护理研究领域相关科研人员中的认知率和实际应用情况。方法 采用自行设计的调查问卷在全国范围内对护理科研人员进行调查，主要内容包括调查对象的基本信息和对CONSORT声明的认知率。结果 共发放问卷279份，回收问卷261份，有效问卷244份。其中只有26.6%(65/244)的护理科研人员听说过CONSORT声明，而了解和熟悉CONSORT声明的人仅有13.9%(34/244)。有12.7%(31/244)的护理科研人员运用CONSORT声明来报告/撰写护理领域RCT的研究结果。结论 国内护理科研人员对CONSORT声明的认知率和使用率较低。因此，我们认为有必要采取针对性措施推广与普及CONSORT声明，并尽快在国内相关期刊的稿约中引入CONSORT声明，以提高护理科研人员对其知晓率，提高护理领域RCT研究报告的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the cognitive rate and practical application of consolidated standards of reporting trials(CONSORT)statement for randomized controlled trial(RCT) in Chinese nursing researchers.Methods A nationwide survey of nursing researchers was conducted using a self-designed questionnaire,including the basic information of the respondents and the cognitive rate of CONSORT statement. Results A total of 279 questionnaires were distributed,and 261 questionnaires were returned,of which 244 were valid.Only 26.6%(65/244) of the nursing researchers knew the CONSORT statement,while only 13.9%(34/244)were aware of and familiar with it.The CONSORT statement was used by 12.7%(31/244)of nursing researchers to report/draft the findings of RCT in nursing. Conclusion The cognitive rate and usage rate of the CONSORT statement among nursing researchers in China is low.Targeted measures are urgently needed to promote and popularize the CONSORT statement and introduce it into the manuscript contract of relevant journals in China as soon as possible,thus increasing the cognitive rate of nursing researchers and improve the quality of RCT reports in nursing.更多还原
