石化装置承压类设备的风险评估及管控

【摘要】 为构建双重预防机制,实现设备的风险分级管控,需要根据石化装置承压设备的特点开展风险评估和管控工作。由于石化装置承压设备的种类多、数量庞大、工艺复杂,选择合适的风险评估方法便于风险管控工作的开展。结合乙二醇、高压加氢等装置的承压设备管控工作,介绍了承压设备实施风险管控的流程及工作内容。同时,风险管控工作的重点在于确定并落实管控措施。

【Abstract】 In order to build a dual prevention mechanism and realize the risk hierarchical management and control of equipment, it is necessary to carry out risk assessment and management and control according to the characteristics of pressure equipment of petrochemical units. Due to the variety, large quantity and complex process of pressure equipment in petrochemical units, the selection of appropriate risk assessment methods is convenient for the development of risk management and control. Combined with the pressure equipment management and control of ethylene glycol and high-pressure hydrogenation units, the process and work content of risk management and control of pressure equipment are introduced. At the same time, the focus of risk control is to determine and implement control measures.
