【摘要】 甲状腺相关性眼病（TAO）是一种临床常见的自身免疫性疾病，其发生与精神状态异常、过度疲劳、不良饮食习惯等相关。TAO的发展可分为活动期与非活动期2个阶段，治疗提倡活动期进行早期干预。中医学认为，TAO活动期的发生与肝气郁结、痰阻湿滞、血脉瘀滞、郁久化热等“郁证”密切相关。“六郁”包括气、湿、火、痰、血、食，“六郁”常相互影响，亦可诸郁并见，但多以气郁为先，气机郁滞引发气、血、津液运行失调，继则导致其他郁证。本文试从“六郁”理论探讨TAO活动期病因病机及治疗，提出TAO活动期应以行气解郁为先，辅以清热祛火、化痰祛湿、活血化瘀、消食化积之法，同时兼顾脾胃健运，以期为治疗TAO活动期提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy(TAO) is a common clinical autoimmune disease and its occurrence is associated with mental stress, excessive fatigue and diet habits. The development of TAO can be divided into active stage and inactive stage, and early intervention in active stage is recommended. The occurrence of active stage of TAO is closely related to "Six Depressions", such as liver dysfunction and emotional depression, phlegm and dampness blocking, blood stasis,and fire caused by depression.The "Six Depressions" include Qi, dampness,fire, phlegm, blood and food, they often interact with each other and can be seen together, but most of them are preceded by Qi depression, which triggers dysfunction in the operation of Qi, blood and fluids, and then leads to other depressions. This article attempts to explore the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of the active stage of TAO from the theory of "Six Depressions", and points out that the treatment of the active stage of TAO should be based on relieving Qi depression, supplemented by clearing heat and fire, eliminating phlegm and dampness,invigorating blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis, eliminating foodstuffs and resolving lumps, and strengthening spleen and stomach at the same time, in order to provide theoretical basis for preventing and treating the active stage of TAO.更多还原
