【摘要】 Freiberg病是一种罕见的足踝疾病，好发于第2跖骨头，其发展过程具有缓慢性和渐进性的特点。疾病早期，患者常出现前足底和跖趾关节疼痛，在负重运动后疼痛加重；疾病晚期，受累跖骨头出现塌陷和硬化等症状。Freiberg病的治疗以Smillie分型为指导，早期选择保守治疗，晚期以手术治疗为主。本文从解剖学、流行病学、病因、影像学评估及分型、治疗等方面进行综述，为Freiberg病的临床治疗提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Freiberg disease is a rare foot and ankle disorder, which usually occurs in the second metatarsal head and has a slow and progressive progression. In the early stage of the disease, patients often present with forefoot plantar and metatarsophalangeal joint pain, and the pain worsens after weight-bearing movements. In the advanced stage of the disease, collapse and sclerosis occur in the affected metatarsal bones. Conservative treatment is chosen in the early stage and surgical treatment is mainly used in the advanced stage under the guidance of Smillie classification. In this article, we review the anatomy, epidemiology, etiology, imaging evaluation,clinical classification, and treatment therapy so as to provide a basis for the clinical management of Freiberg disease.更多还原
