【摘要】 目的 分析湖南省适龄儿童部分国家免疫规划(National Immunization Program, NIP)疫苗接种率。方法 利用湖南省免疫规划综合信息平台收集2020年1月-2022年7月出生儿童6种NIP疫苗12剂次和4种非NIP疫苗9剂次预防接种个案信息，描述性分析各疫苗剂次接种率和非NIP疫苗替代NIP疫苗接种比例。结果 在湖南省1 300 209名2020年1月-2022年7月出生儿童中，12剂次NIP疫苗接种率在89.23%-98.96%之间，其中7剂次NIP疫苗存在非NIP疫苗替代接种情况，替代比例在0.50%-15.35%之间。结论 湖南省适龄儿童NIP疫苗接种率总体处于高水平；需加强NIP疫苗管理和后续儿童的及时查漏补种工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess coverage of selected National Immunization Program(NIP) vaccines among age-eligible children in Hunan province.Methods We obtained vaccination data from the Hunan Immunization Program Information System on twelve scheduled doses of six NIP vaccines and nine scheduled doses of four non-NIP vaccines for children born between January 2020 and July 2022 and analyzed coverage levels of each scheduled dose and the proportions of non-NIP vaccines substituting for NIP vaccines.Results Vaccination data for 1 300 209 children born between January 2020 and July 2022 were recorded in the system. Coverage of twelve scheduled doses of NIP vaccines ranged from 89.23% to 98.96%. Non-NIP vaccine substitution was found in seven scheduled doses of NIP vaccines, with substitution rates ranging from 0.50% to 15.35%.Conclusions The overall coverage of NIP vaccines was high among age-eligible children in Hunan. We should strengthen NIP vaccine management and conduct timely catch-up vaccination.更多还原
