【摘要】 目的 了解湖南省0-19岁健康人群风疹抗体水平。方法 于2020-2022年采用多阶段抽样方法选取湖南省3个区县0-19岁健康人群，检测血清标本风疹IgG抗体，分析抗体阳性率和几何平均浓度(Geometric mean concentration, GMC)。结果 调查对象风疹IgG抗体总阳性率、GMC分别为81.87%(2 203/2 691)、46.56IU/mL;0-7月龄、8-23月龄、2-4岁、5-14岁、15-19岁人群抗体阳性率分别为65.22%、82.99%、89.69%、80.78%、77.00%。多因素回归模型分析显示，在0-7月龄人群中，双牌县、鼎城区人群风疹IgG抗体阳性率高于汝城县[OR(95%CI):1.44(1.11-1.88)、1.52(1.18-1.96)];在8月龄-19岁人群中，1剂次、≥2剂次含风疹成分疫苗(Rubella-containing vaccine, RCV)免疫史人群风疹IgG抗体阳性率高于无免疫史人群[OR(95%CI):2.48(1.26-4.90)、2.64(1.27-5.49)];有RCV免疫史人群抗体浓度随RCV免疫后时间的增加而下降(β=-0.06,95%CI:-0.10～-0.02)。结论 调查地区0-19岁人群风疹抗体水平总体较高，且主要受RCV免疫史的影响。需继续保持适龄儿童高水平RCV接种率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine rubella antibody levels among a healthy population aged 0-19 years in Hunan province.Methods We used a multistage sampling method to select healthy individuals aged 0-19 years from 3 counties of Hunan. We tested serum samples for rubella IgG antibody to determine positivity rates and geometric mean concentrations(GMC).Results The overall positivity rate and GMC of rubella IgG antibody were 81.87%(2 203/2 691) and 46.56IU/mL, respectively. Positivity rates for 0-7-month-olds, 8-23-month-olds, 2-4-year-olds, 5-14-year-olds, and 15-19-year-olds were 65.22%, 82.99%, 89.69%, 80.78%, and 77.00%. Multivariate regression analyses showed that positivity rates among 0-7-month-old subjects were higher in Shuangpai and Dingcheng counties than in Rucheng county [OR(95%CI): 1.44(1.11-1.88) and 1.52(1.18-1.96)]; positivity rates among subjects aged 8 months to 19 years were higher among subjects who had received 1 dose or ≥2 doses of rubella containing vaccine(RCV) than among subjects who had not received RCV [OR(95%CI): 2.48(1.26-4.90) and 2.64(1.27-5.49)]; and IgG antibody concentrations declined over time since RCV vaccination(β=-0.06, 95%CI:-0.10～-0.02).Conclusions The rubella antibody level was generally high among the healthy population aged 0-19 years in the surveyed areas and were mainly influenced by RCV vaccination. We should maintain high RCV coverage in age-eligible children.更多还原
