【摘要】 目的 了解四川省健康儿童水痘-带状疱疹病毒(Varicella-zoster virus, VZV)抗体水平。方法 采用多阶段分层抽样方法在四川省10个县(市、区)选取0-11岁健康儿童开展问卷调查和采集血清标本，采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测VZV IgG抗体，分析抗体阳性率和几何平均浓度(Geometric mean concentration, GMC)。结果 在1 772名0-11岁调查儿童中，VZV抗体总阳性率和GMC分别为40.80%和70.73 mIU/mL。<1岁、1-2岁、3-5岁、6-11岁儿童抗体阳性率分别为14.55%、40.49%、51.70%、56.31%。0剂次、1剂次、2剂次水痘减毒活疫苗(Varicella attenuated live vaccine, VarV)免疫史儿童抗体阳性率分别为17.82%、46.51%、73.35%,其中1剂次免疫后<1年、3年、≥6年分别为39.45%、30.43%、51.56%,2剂次免疫后分别为77.12%、67.65%、58.82%。结论 四川省0-11岁儿童VZV抗体水平总体较低；建议适龄儿童接种2剂次VarV,在第1剂接种3年后完成第2剂接种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the antibody levels of varicella-zoster virus(VZV) in healthy children of Sichuan province.Methods We used a multi-stage stratified sampling method to select healthy children aged 0-11 years from 10 counties/districts of Sichuan for a questionnaire-based survey and serum sample collection. We tested sera for VZV IgG antibody using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and calculated positivity rates and geometric mean concentrations(GMC).Results Among 1 772 children, the VZV IgG antibody positivity rate was 40.80% and the GMC was 70.73 mIU/mL. Antibody positivity rates for <1-, 1-2-, 3-5-, and 6-11-year-olds were 14.55%, 40.49%, 51.70%, and 56.31%; for 0, 1, and 2 dose(s) of varicella attenuated live vaccine(VarV), positivity rates were 17.82%, 46.51%, and 73.35%; for <1, 3, and ≥6 years after 1 dose of VarV, positivity rates were 39.45%, 30.43%, and 51.56%; and for <1, 3, and ≥6 years after 2 doses of VarV, positivity rates were 77.12%, 67.65%, and 58.82%.Conclusions The VZV antibody levels were generally low among 0-11-year-old children in Sichuan. We recommend a 2-dose VarV vaccination schedule for age-eligible children, with doses 3 years apart.更多还原
