【摘要】 目的 了解山东省基层医务人员流感疫苗接种的影响因素。方法 采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法，于2021年12月在山东省3个地市15家社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院对医务人员开展网络问卷调查，分析流感疫苗接种率及其影响因素。结果 研究对象2021-2022年流感流行季流感疫苗接种率为65.2%(1 232/1 889)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，2个地市(OR=3.60,95%CI:2.34-5.54;OR=9.85,95%CI:6.06-16.01)、有流感疫苗接种史(OR=15.44,95%CI:11.12-21.43)、参加过流感和流感疫苗培训或宣传(OR=1.76,95%CI:1.19-2.59)、所在单位免费接种流感疫苗(OR=3.57,95%CI:2.40-5.30)的研究对象流感疫苗接种率更高。结论 2021-2022年流感季山东省基层医务人员流感疫苗接种率地区差异较大；加强培训或宣传、实施免费接种有利于提高其流感疫苗接种率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine factors influencing influenza vaccination of primary care medical staff in Shandong province.Methods We used a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling technique to recruit medical staff from 15 community health service centers of three prefectures in Shandong province for an online questionnaire-based survey in December 2021 to determine influenza vaccine coverage and factors influencing coverage.Results Coverage of influenza vaccine was 65.2%(1 232/1 889) among medical staff in the 2021-2022 influenza season. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that coverage was higher among staff who were from two of the three prefectures(OR=3.60, 95%CI: 2.34-5.54; OR=9.85, 95%CI: 6.06-16.01), who had received influenza vaccine previously(OR=15.44, 95%CI: 11.12-21.43), who attended influenza and influenza vaccination related trainings/publicities(OR=1.76,95%CI: 1.19-2.59), or who received free influenza vaccine(OR=3.57, 95%CI: 2.40-5.30).Conclusions Influenza vaccine coverage among primary care medical staff varied significantly by region in Shandong province during the 2021-2022 influenza season. Strengthening training/publicity and providing free influenza vaccine may increase coverage of influenza vaccination among medical staff.更多还原
