【摘要】 目的 比较CO₂激光与传统手术刀治疗上唇系带修整的疗效。方法 选取2021年1月至2021年10月，上唇系带附着异常患者30例，按照随机数字表随机分为激光组和常规组，每组患者各15例。激光组采用CO₂激光行上唇系带修整术，切割功率2 W；常规组采用传统手术刀行上唇系带修整术，比较两组的手术操作时间、术中出血情况及愈合时间，术后1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d时，患者根据自我感觉采用疼痛视觉模拟评分（visual analog scale,VAS）法^[5]，记录患者术后疼痛VAS值。结果 激光组平均手术操作时间（3.25±0.4） min明显小于常规组（12.7±0.8） min，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。激光组15例患者术中均无出血，而常规组15例患者术中均存在出血，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。激光组的手术操作时间、术中出血、术后1 d及术后3 d的疼痛均评分低于常规组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。常规组平均愈合时间（10.5±0.9） d小于激光组（17.3±0.2） d，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后14 d时，两组患者创口处均愈合良好，均未出现不良反应。系带附着均向根冠方向方移动至膜龈联合处。结论 CO₂激光行上唇系带修整术与传统手术刀术式相比手术操作时间更短、术中基本无出血、术后早期疼痛反应更小。可以作为上唇系带修整术的一种可选方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect to trim upper lip frenulum with CO₂ laser and traditional scalpels.Methods Thirty patients suffered abnormal upper lip frenulum attachment and given oral and maxillofacial surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a laser group（n=15） and routine group（n=15）. The patients in the laser group were given CO₂ laser-based upper lip frenulum repair（power:2 W）, and those in the conventional group were trimmed with traditional scalpels.The operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative pain and healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The average operation time of the laser group and conventional group was（3. 25±0. 4） min and（12. 7±0. 8） min respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P<0. 05）. While no bleeding being found in the laser group, all the 15patients in the conventional group has bleeding. The difference was statistically significant（P<0. 05）. The performance of the laser group in operation time, bleeding during operation and post-operation 1 d and 3 d pain was better than that of the conventional group, and the difference is statistically significant（P<0. 05）.Conclusions Compared with traditional scalpel surgery, the upper lip frenulum trimming with CO₂ laser has such advantages as shorter operation time, almost no bleeding during operation, and less pain response in the early postoperative period. It is thus recommended as an option for upper lip frenulum trimming.更多还原
