代谢酶的非经典功能在肿瘤发生发展中的机制研究进展
Moonlighting Functions of Metabolic Enzyme in Cancer Progression
【摘要】 肿瘤代谢重编程是肿瘤发生发展的标志之一,代谢酶是代谢网络的核心基础之一。在肿瘤发生发展过程中,代谢酶除了发挥经典的代谢功能外,还被赋予了新的非经典功能(非代谢功能)调节肿瘤细胞的生存活动。基于此,详细介绍代谢酶的非经典功能在调节基因表达,细胞周期,DNA损伤修复,细胞增殖、存活和凋亡以及肿瘤微环境调控中发挥的重要作用,以期为癌症的治疗提供理论基础以及新的治疗思路。
【Abstract】 Tumor metabolic reprogramming is one of the hallmarks of tumor development,and metabolic enzymes are the core basis of metabolic networks. In the process of tumorigenesis, in addition to performing classic metabolic functions, metabolic enzymes are endowed with non-classical/non-metabolic functions to regulate tumor cell activity. This paper details the non-canonical functions of metabolic enzymes in the regulation of gene expression, cell cycle, DNA damage repair, cell proliferation, survival, apoptosis and tumor microenvironment, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of cancer.
