一种耐腐蚀耐高温可视化滤渣收集器的研制及应用
Development and Application of Visual Filter Slag Collector with High Temperature and Corrosion Resistance
【摘要】 根据核电厂地坑过滤器安全分析要求,研制了一种耐腐蚀耐高温可视化滤渣收集器。该滤渣收集器采用两段高硼硅材料成型圆柱形筒体,筒体中间设置金属滤网用于滤渣收集,两段筒体端面采用金属法兰密封,并实现与金属管道的连接。该滤渣收集器耐碱性腐蚀、耐高温,可观察滤渣成型过程。通过独特的结构设计不仅实现了容器的密封,还避免了高硼硅玻璃与金属法兰连接因受热膨胀造成的挤压碎裂。该设备应用于秦山第三核电厂和秦山第二核电厂扩建工程的地坑过滤器安全分析试验研究,降低了化学效应对地坑过滤器滤网压降的影响,解决了现有技术中没有适用于核电厂化学效应研究设备的实际问题,为相关研究奠定了技术基础,并获得发明专利授权。
【Abstract】 According to the requirements of the nuclear power plant sump strainer, a visual filter slag collector with high temperature and corrosion resistance is developed. The filter slag collector adopts two sections of borosilicate material to form a cylinder. A metal filter screen is set in the middle of the cylinder for the slag filter. The section of the cylinder is sealed by metal flange, and the connection with the metal pipe is realized. The filter slag collector is resistant to alkaline corrosion and high temperature, and the formation process of filter slag can be observed. The unique structural design not only realizes the sealing but also avoids the extrusion fragmentation caused by the thermal expansion of the connection between the borosilicate glass and the metal flange. The equipment has already been used in experimental study on the sump filter safety analysis by Qinshan NPP Phase Ⅲ and Qinshan NPP Phase Ⅱ Extension Project, and chemical effects on strainer pressure drop have been obtained. The filter slag collector solves the problem that there was no suitable equipment for studing chemical effects on strainer pressure drop of nuclear power plant, and lays a technical foundation for related research. The filter slag collector obtains an invention patent.
