23种杀虫剂对桃小食心虫杀卵特性的研究

【摘要】 采用浸渍法浸卵并统计初孵幼虫蛀果率,研究了23种杀虫剂对桃小食心虫卵的毒杀效果。结果表明:23种杀虫剂均采用100 mg/L溶液浸卵,其孵化率明显低于10 mg/L溶液浸卵处理;采用多杀霉素、虫酰肼、杀铃脲、除虫脲和虱螨脲100 mg/L溶液浸卵,能够完全抑制卵的孵化;采用高效氯氰菊酯、杀铃脲、多杀霉素、灭幼脲和吡虫啉10 mg/L溶液浸卵,校正卵死亡率为70.13%~91.77%。两种浓度药剂处理后,初孵幼虫的蛀果率均存在很大差异,氯虫苯甲酰胺和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐采用100 mg/L溶液浸卵,初孵幼虫的蛀果率较低,分别为1.56%和4.46%;采用10 mg/L溶液浸卵,氯虫苯甲酰胺、四唑虫酰胺、多杀霉素、乙基多杀菌素、高效氯氰菊酯、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐处理初孵幼虫的蛀果率均较低,分别为3.56%、11.85%、8.04%、11.37%、10.23%和10.71%。上述结果可为生产中桃小食心虫高效防治提供理论参考。

【Abstract】 The ovicidal activities of 23 insecticides against Carposina sasakii eggs was carried out using the egg-dipping method, and the boring rate of infancy larva was also calculated. The results showed that 23 insecticides had significantly higher activity at 100 mg/L than at 10 mg/L concentration. Among them, spinosad, tebufenozide, triflumuron,diflubenzuron and lufenuronwere were able to completely inhibit egg hatching at the concentration of 100 mg/L. At the treatment of 10 mg/L concentration, the corrected egg death rates ranged from 70.13% to 91.77% for the beta-cypermethrin,triflumuron, spinosad, chlorobenzuron and imidacloprid. However, there was a significant difference in the boring rate of infancy larva at the two concentration treatments. The lower boring rates of infancy larval hatched from eggs treated at 100mg/L of chlorantraniliprole and emamectin benzoate, were 1.56% and 4.46% respectively. The boring rate of infancy larvae was lower, in 3.56%, 11.85%, 8.04%, 11.37%, 10.23% and 10.71% at the egg-dipping treatments of 10 mg/L of chlorantraniliprole, tetrazolamide, spinosad, spinetoram, beta-cypermethrin, and emamectin benzoate, respectively. So the results can provide theoretical references to control C. sasakii.
