苹果砧木根系和砧段组织结构与生理功能差异调控接穗生长的研究进展
Progress of scion growth regulated by root structure and stock function of apple rootstock
【摘要】 综述了不同类型苹果砧木的根系、砧段等植物学特征与生理特性,分析根系结构、根角度、根皮率、砧段木质部导管及韧皮部厚度等组织结构与生理功能差异;梳理其在水分、矿质元素、激素的吸收、运输与代谢等方面参与矮化调控的机制,为矮化基因挖掘、育种技术创新、优质丰产栽培等提供理论参考与技术支持。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we analyzed the differences of the root structure and stock function between different dwarfing types in terms of the structural, angle, bark ratio, xylem vessel and phloem, then summarized the mechanisms of rootstock regulating scion dwarfing through water, nutrient elements and hormones at different levels. That will provide theoretical reference and technical support for dwarf gene excavating, breeding technology innovation and high quality cultivation.
