金柑种质资源的胚型分析
Embryo type analysis of kumquat germplasm resources
【摘要】 为了选出优良的单胚母本,为杂交育种作准备。统计了2021年和2022年29份金柑种质的胚型及单胚率,并用SPSS软件进行双因素方差分析和聚类分析。结果表明:福建大果罗浮和罗纹单胚率极高,为89.2%~100.0%,且罗纹两年间无明显差异,属于单胚型;其中浏阳金柑和花叶金柑单胚率为52.8%~87.3%,也表现为较高单胚率,可作备选杂交母本;其余种质单胚率低,属于多胚型,适于通过胚胎挽救来获得杂交种。29份金柑种质分为单胚型、单胚率居中型、多胚型3个类型,金柑单胚率聚类分析基本印证了这一结论。
【Abstract】 To select the superior monoembryonic parents for cross breeding, this test counted embryonic type and monoembryonic rate of 29 kumquat material in 2021 and 2022. The statistical data is carried on the two-factor variance analysis and cluster analysis by SPSS software. It turned out that the Fortunella margarita(Lour.) Swingle Fujiandaguoluofu and F. japonica(Thunb) Swingle belongs to monoembryonic type because their monoembryonic rate is extremely high up to89.2%~100.0%, and there was no significant difference in two years. Then F. crassifolia Swingle Liuyangjingan and F.crassifolia Swingle Huayejingan is with high monoembryonic rate, namely 52.8%~87.3%, which can be used as the alternative female parent. The rest had low monoembryonic rate, namely polyembryonic type, which was suitable for embryo rescue breeding. The above results indicated that 29 kumquat materials were divided into three categories, including monoembryonic type, medium monoembryonic-rate type and polyembryonic type, which was confirmed by cluster analysis of kumquat embryo rate.
