新疆枣上链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata)对戊唑醇、异菌脲和咪鲜胺的敏感性
Sensitivity of Alternaria alternata from Ziziphus jujube in Xinjiang to tebuconazole, iprodione and prochloraz
【摘要】 链格孢引起的黑斑病是新疆枣上危害严重的病害。采用菌丝生长速率法测定了47株互隔链格孢(Alternaria alternata)对戊唑醇、异菌脲和咪鲜胺的敏感性。结果表明,3种杀菌剂均可抑制链格孢菌的菌丝生长,EC50平均值分别为(1.010±0.691)、(0.764±0.178)、(0.776±0.421)μg/mL。戊唑醇、异菌脲和咪鲜胺的EC50频数分布均呈单峰曲线,其平均EC50值可以作为敏感基线。皮尔森相关性分析显示,戊唑醇与异菌脲、咪鲜胺及咪鲜胺与异菌脲对链格孢菌株的抑制效果之间的相关系数分别为0.327、0.084、0.161。综上所述,3种杀菌剂之间不存在交互抗药性,因此,生产中可以将3种杀菌剂交替使用。
【Abstract】 Black spot caused by A. alternata is a severe disease on jujube in Xinjiang. In this study, we tested the sensitivity of A. alternata to tebuconazole, iprodione and prochloraz by the mycelium growth rate method. The result showed that these three fungicides could effectively inhibit mycelium growth of A. alternata; the average EC50for tebuconazole,iprodione, prochloraz were(1.010±0.691) μg/mL,(0.764±0.178) μg/mL and(0.776±0.421) μg/mL, respectively. The EC50frequency distribution of tebuconazole, iprodione and prochloraz showed a unimodal curve. Therefore, their mean EC50value could be used as baseline sensitivity of A. alternata to iprodione and prochloraz, respectively. Pearson correlation coefficients between tebuconazole and iprodione, prochloraz, and between iprodione and prochloraz are 0.327, 0.084 and 0.161,respectively. In conclusion, there was no cross-resistance among the three fungicides. Therefore, the three fungicides could be used alternately in this disease management.
