冰糖橙优良单株的选育及性状研究

【摘要】 针对郴州地区冰糖橙果园品种退化及黄龙病泛滥等问题,2021年,对永兴地区三个不同乡镇的冰糖橙进行优良单株的选育研究,初步选出了产量高、品质好、抗性强的冰糖橙优良单株9株,并于2021、2022年连续两年对其果实经济性状及内在品质进行调查,选用平均单果质量、出汁率、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸等作为评价指标,采用主成分分析法进行综合评价。结果表明,cy-1、ysg-1、ysg-3、cy-2四个单株综合品质较好,可作为冰糖橙优良繁育材料进行下一步研究。

【Abstract】 In response to the current problems of variety degradation and yellow shoot disease prevalence in Bingtang orange orchards in Chenzhou area, a study was conducted on the selection of excellent single plants of Bingtang oranges from three different townships in Yongxing area in 2021. Nine excellent single plants of Bingtang oranges with high yield, good fruit quality, and strong resistance were preliminarily selected. In 2021 and 2022, the economic and internal quality of the above nine excellent single plants of Bingtang oranges were investigated and studied. Average single fruit quality, juice yield, soluble solids, titratable acid, etc. were selected as evaluation indicators, and principal component analysis was used for comprehensive evaluation. Finally, four individual plants,cy-1, ysg-1, ysg-3 and cy-2 were selected, which could be used as excellent breeding materials for rock sugar orange for further research.
