共中线开绕组拓扑三维空间矢量脉宽调制策略研究
Study on Three-dimensional Space-vector Pulse-width Modulation Strategy Used for Open-End Winding Topology With Common Mode Connected DC Buses
【摘要】 三维空间矢量调制(three-dimensional space-vector pulse-width modulation,3D-SVPWM)策略能够实现零序电流的主动控制,在共母线开绕组拓扑、共中线开绕组拓扑以及三相四桥臂拓扑中获得广泛应用。零序电流控制会影响到差模电压的输出能力。为充分利用逆变器的输出能力,优化运行性能,3D-SVPWM调制范围和过调制策略的研究成为必要。该文在三维空间中对该调制策略的调制范围进行深入分析,明确调制范围的数学描述,提出4种典型的过调制方案用于提升其电压输出能力。最后,以共中线双逆变器开绕组驱动系统为对象,通过实验验证所提方案的有效性和正确性。
【Abstract】 Three-dimensional space-vector pulse-width modulation(3D-SVPWM) can be used to actively control the zero-sequence current(ZSC), therefore it is widely used in the open-end winding drive with single DC bus, open-end winding drive with common mode connected DC buses and three-phase four-leg inverter. ZSC control would enforce negative effects on the differential mode voltage(DMV) output. In order to make full use of the output capacity of the inverter, and to optimize the operation performance, it is necessary to study the modulation range and over-modulation strategies of the 3D-SVPWM. In this paper, its linear modulation range is analyzed in 3D space, resulting in quantitative description of the available index. Following that four typical 3D over-modulation schemes are proposed to further enhance the output voltage allowed. At last, the open-end winding drive with common mode connected DC buses is selected as an application case, and the effectiveness as well as the validity of the proposed schemes are analyzed and verified through experiments.
