【摘要】 目的 分析卵巢血管瘤的超声图像特征，探讨超声对该病的诊断价值。方法 回顾分析8例经病理确诊为卵巢血管瘤病灶的临床及超声资料，总结超声图像特点。结果 检出的病灶均为单侧卵巢单发。病灶超声表现为稍强回声5例，弱回声1例，囊实性占位2例，均边界较清，形态规则，多为圆形及椭圆形，5例肿块及周边可探及丰富的血流信号，其中4例测得病灶血流频谱，呈低阻力型，3例肿块未探及血流信号。同时发现4例患者子宫内膜回声呈息肉样改变，2例患者检查有腹腔积液。结论 卵巢血管瘤多表现为附件区单发的稍强回声团块，边界较清晰，形态规则，多呈圆形或椭圆形，周边及其内探及丰富的血流信号，血流频谱多呈低阻力型，可合并宫内膜息肉。超声医师在检查过程中遇到病灶具有上述特征时，应考虑卵巢血管瘤的可能性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the ultrasonic features of ovarian hemangioma and explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound for this disease. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical and ultrasound data of 8 cases with pathologically confirmed ovarian hemangioma lesions, and summarized the ultrasound image characteristics. Results All cases had unilateral single lesions. The ultrasound appearance of the lesions showed slightly hyper-echoic area in 5 cases, hypoechoic echo in 1 case, cystic solid mass in 2 cases, all with clear boundaries and regular shapes, mostly round or oval. Rich blood flow signals were observed around the masses in 5 cases, and blood flow spectra were obtained in 4 cases, showing low-resistance patterns. No blood flow signals were detected in 3 cases. Additionally, 4 patients had endometrial echoes with polypoid changes, and 2 patients had abdominal fluid accumulation. Conclusions Ovarian hemangiomas often present as unilateral hypoechoic mass in the adnexal region, with clear boundaries and regular shapes, mostly round or oval. Rich blood flow signals can be detected around the masses, and the blood flow spectra often show low-resistance patterns. Endometrial polyps can be concomitant. When the sonographers encounter lesions with the above-mentioned features during the examination, the possibility of ovarian hemangiomas should be considered.更多还原
