【摘要】 介绍山东省立第三医院“医疗、康复、养老”（以下简称“医康养”）服务标准化建设的背景和总体思路，并阐述建设过程及成效，为“医康养”服务提供了科学的管理评价体系。标准化建设是推动医养结合养老模式健康发展的重要手段，是合理配置资源、提高服务质量的有效途径。医养结合机构应提高标准化意识，通过标准化手段提升服务水平和运营效率，同时建议政府部门加大对医养结合标准化建设的支持、保障和指导，为推动公立医院医养结合养老模式建设提供借鉴和依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 It introduces the background and general idea of the standardization construction of “medica, rehabilitation and pension” service. It expounds the process and effectiveness, and puts forward that the standardization provides a scientific management evaluation system for the service of “medica, rehabilitation and pension”,which is an effective way to reasonably allocate resources and improve the service quality. Institutions should improve awareness of standardization and use it to improve service and efficiency. Standardization construction is an important means to promote the integrated elderly care and medical service. It is suggested that government departments should increase their support, guarantee and guidance for the standardization construction to provide reference and basis for promoting the construction of integrated elderly care and medical service model in public hospitals.更多还原
