【摘要】 目的：了解上海市松江区居民胰腺癌死亡特征和寿命减少情况，为松江区的胰腺癌防控工作提供参考和依据。方法：收集2016—2020年松江区居民胰腺癌死亡资料，计算并分析粗死亡率、标化死亡率、死亡率的年度变化百分比、平均减寿年数等指标。结果：2016—2020年，松江区居民胰腺癌死亡顺位上升至恶性肿瘤的第3位，年均粗死亡率为18.34/10万，年均标化死亡率为12.64/10万。男性居民胰腺癌粗死亡率及标化死亡率均呈逐年上升趋势。松江区居民胰腺癌死亡率从60～79岁年龄段开始迅速增长，在≥80岁年龄段达到高峰。松江区男性居民历年减寿相关指标均大于女性。结论：胰腺癌已经成为导致上海市松江区居民死亡的主要恶性肿瘤，男性和≥60岁人群有较高的患病风险，应加强对胰腺癌危险因素的预防，减少胰腺癌对松江区居民寿命损失的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the death trend and years of life lost of pancreatic cancer in Songjiang District from 2016 to 2020,and to provide evidence for pancreatic cancer prevention and control.METHODS Death data of pancreatic cancer in Songjiang district from 2016 to 2020 was collected.The crude mortality rate,standardized mortality rate,average annual percentage change in and average years of life lost were calculated.RESULTS From 2016 to 2020,the ranking of pancreatic cancer deaths from malignant tumours rose to 3rd.The average annual crude mortality rate was 18.34/100 000.The annual standardized mortality rate was12.64/100 000.The crude and standardized mortality rates of pancreatic cancer in males showed an increasing trend.The mortality rate of pancreatic cancer in Songjiang district increased rapidly from 60 years old to 80 years old.Years of life lost in males were higher than that in females.CONCLUSION Pancreatic cancer has become the main malignant tumour leading to death in Songjiang district,male and people over 60 years old are at higher risk.Prevention of risk factors of pancreatic cancer should be strengthened to reduce the impact of pancreatic cancer on life loss in Songjiang district.更多还原
