【摘要】 目的：了解甘肃省基层医疗卫生机构对高血压、糖尿病患者实施管理情况，为进一步提高基层医疗卫生机构对高血压、糖尿病患者的管理质量提供依据。方法：收集基层医疗卫生机构2013年、2017年、2021年高血压、糖尿病患者管理情况的相关数据，采用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果：被调查的基层医疗卫生机构高血压患者的健康管理率由2013年的19.27%增长至2021年的34.44%，糖尿病患者的健康管理率由2013年的11.57%增长至2021年的25.46%；高血压患者的规范管理率由2013年的90.29%下降至2021年的70.94%，糖尿病患者的规范管理率由2013年的87.02%下降至2021年的69.67%；血压、血糖控制率总体呈现下降趋势。结论：甘肃省纳入管理的高血压、糖尿病患者数量呈现增长趋势，慢性病管理人员的配置存在机构间不均衡状况，慢性病管理质量还有待提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the management of hypertension and diabetes patients in primary health care institutions in Gansu Province, and to provide provides ideas for improving management quality. METHODS Data related to hypertension and diabetes patients management from 114 primary health care institutions in 2013, 2017 and 2021 were collected, and the indicators were analyzed by SPSS22.0. RESULTS From 2013 to 2021, the health management rate of hypertension patients increased from 19.27% to34.44%, the health management rate of diabetes patients increased from 11.57% to 25.46%, and the standard management rate of hypertension patients decreased from 90.29% to 70.94%. The standard management rate of diabetes patients decreased from 87.02% to69.67%, with significant differences between different years. CONCLUSION In Gansu Province, the number of hypertension and diabetes patients under management showed an increasing trend, and there was an inter-institutional imbalance in the allocation of chronic disease management staff.
