【摘要】 目的 对1例可疑药物引起静脉血栓的案例进行分析，得出结论。方法 临床药师对1例可疑注射用七叶皂苷钠引起患者静脉血栓的案例进行分析，协助临床查找原因，促进合理用药。结果 患者发生静脉血栓的因素较多，不能完全确定使用七叶皂苷钠与发生静脉血栓的直接相关性。结论 临床药师通过分析解决临床治疗过程中遇到的与药物使用相关问题，可在预防药物不良反应发生、促进合理用药中发挥积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze a case of venous thrombosis caused by suspected drugs and draw a conclusion.Methods Clinical pharmacists analyzed a case of venous thrombosis caused by sodium aescinate for injection to help clinical find the cause and promote rational drug use.Results There were many factors for the occurrence of venous thrombosis in patients, and the direct correlation between the use of sodium aescinate and the occurrence of venous thrombosis could not be completely determined.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can play a positive role in preventing adverse drug reactions and promoting rational drug use by analyzing and solving problems related to drug use in clinical treatment.更多还原
