【Abstract】 With glutinous rice as the main raw material, huangjiu is an alcoholic beverage brewed with, glycated starter cultures, including wheat koji, yeast and liquor. This paper conducts a detailed analysis of the priority given by leaders, strict control of product quality, strengthening the construction of the integrity system of enterprises, and improvement measures,providing theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the better development of huangjiu enterprises.更多还原
