【Abstract】 Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy plays a vital role in the food detection process today. In order to realize the good application of this technique, this paper takes the detection of alum additive in sweet potato starch as an example to analyze the specific application of THz time-domain spectrum technique. It is expected that this analysis can provide some reference for the application of THz time-domain spectrum technology and the improvement of food detection quality.更多还原
