【Abstract】 In order to help wheat breeders cultivate better new varieties with high resistance starch content, China International Association for Promotion of Science and Technology issued the association standard on the index and detection method of resistant starch content in high resistant starch wheat grain(T/Cl 005-2022) on February 8, 2022.The standard clearly stipulates the index and determination method of resistant starch content in high resistant starch wheat grain, which will meet the new needs of the people for life quality and health level. This article mainly explains the background of the standard, the basis for the content index and the core technical content of the determination method,which has important guiding signifi cance for the application and promotion of the standard.更多还原
