【摘要】 通过对原发性肾小球疾病的临床分型与类目的对应关系、病理分型与共用亚目的对应关系进行总结，以期解决原发性肾小球疾病的类目及亚目使用混乱的问题。结合实际案例，对“膜”病变进行讨论，解析Ig A肾病和Ig M肾病的疾病本质与对应的亚目，得出临床分型中肾炎综合征对应的类目为N00、N01、N03，肾病综合征对应的类目为N04，无症状血尿和(或)蛋白尿对应的类目为N02与N06的结果。临床病理分型中易错的几类“膜”的亚目分别对应为：膜性肾小球肾炎(膜性肾病)-.2、系膜增生性肾小球肾炎-.3、系膜毛细血管性肾小球肾炎(膜增殖肾炎I型和III型)-.5、致密物沉积肾小球肾炎(膜增殖肾炎II型)-.6。Ig A肾病编码为N02.-,Ig M肾病编码为N05.-,两者的亚目根据肾脏穿刺病理结果进行选择。编码员在编码此类疾病时，要确定临床诊断类型和肾脏穿刺活检的病理类型，才能进行准确编码。更多还原

【Abstract】 By summarizing the corresponding relationship between clinical classification and class purpose,pathological classification and shared subpurpose of primary glomerular diseases, this paper aims to solve the problem of confusing the use of categories and subcategories of primary glomerular diseases. Combined with actual cases, the "membrane" lesions were discussed, the disease nature and corresponding suborder of IgA nephropathy and Ig M nephropathy were analyzed, and the results of clinical classification showed that the corresponding categories of nephritis syndrome were N00, N01 and N03, the corresponding categories of nephrotic syndrome were N04, and the corresponding categories of asymptomatic hematuria and/or proteinuria were N02 and N06. The suborders of the error-prone membranes in the clinicopathological classification correspond to: membranous glomerulonephritis(membranous nephropathy)-.2; Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis-.3; Mesangial capillary glomerulonephritis(membrane proliferative nephritis types I and III)-.5; Dense deposit glomerulonephritis(membrane proliferative nephritis type II)-.6.
