【Abstract】 In order to solve the difficulties of collaborative research and development of automotive suppliers and the problems of multi-project management in the collaborative process, the current situation of business model and related requirements were sorted out, a collaborative research and development model of automotive suppliers oriented to the industrial Internet was proposed, a collaborative research and development multi-project management model was constructed, and the decomposition and coupling process of collaborative design tasks were elaborated. Finally, function planning, business process design and platform implementation are carried out for the collaborative R&D innovation cloud platform of automotive industry suppliers, and the practicability and rationality of the model and platform are verified by application examples.更多还原
