基于人工智能的骨科护理用下肢训练康复系统设计

【摘要】 为进一步掌握骨科患者康复护理中的步态意图,提出一种步态识别结合PID的康复系统控制方法,其中,在提取患者步态信息特征基础上,利用多分类器对步态进行识别,以掌握患者的步态意图,然后利用R-PM法优化PID参数,实现参数的自整定,进而提高控制效率。结果表明:构建的康复训练系统的步态模式识别准确率达了99.44%,且反应速度快,对于肢体障碍患者的下肢康复训练有着较好的辅助作用。

【Abstract】 In order to further master the gait intention of orthopaedic patients in rehabilitation nursing, a rehabilitation system control method based on gait recognition and PID is proposed. On the basis of extracting the gait information features of patients, multiple classifiers are used to recognize the gait to master the gait intention of patients, and then the r-pm method is used to optimize the PID parameters to realize the self-tuning of parameters, so as to improve the control efficiency. The results show that the gait pattern recognition accuracy of the rehabilitation training system is 99.44%, and the response speed is fast. It has a better auxiliary effect on the rehabilitation training of lower limbs for patients with limb disorders.
