运用FOCUS-PDCA持续提高DRG入组率与病案质量的实践探索
Practical Exploration of Adopting FOCUS-PDCA to Continuously Improve DRG Enrollment rate and Medical Record Quality
【摘要】 探讨运用FOCUS-PDCA方法，借助院内DRG系统，从入组率等因素着手提高病案质量，为DRG付费改革、三级公立医院绩效考核及医院高质量发展夯实基础。
【Abstract】 This paper explored the use of FOCUS-PDCA method,by means of in-hospital DRG system,to improve the quality of medical records starting with the factors such as enrollment rate,so as to strengthen the foundation for DRG payment reform,performance appraisal of tertiary public hospitals and high-quality development of hospitals.
