青年护理人员对护理科研的认知、影响因素的调查及对策
Survey on the Cognitive Status and Influential Factors of Nursing Research among Young Nurses and Corresponding Countermeasures
【摘要】 针对青年护理人员的科研能力开展调查，了解青年护理人员对护理科研的认知现状以及影响因素，为针对性地提高青年护理人员的科研能力提供理论依据和参考方案。
【Abstract】 This study aimed to investigate the research ability of young nurses,understand their cognitive status and influential factors towards nursing research,and provide theoretical basis and reference plans for improving the research ability of young nurses.
