【摘要】 以武汉大学人民医院泌尿外科为例，探讨在临床见习、实习阶段进行PBL教学对提高临床医学生创新创业意识、培养创新创业能力的教学效果。研究表明，PBL教学法在泌尿外科临床教学中应用收到了良好的效果，有助于促进医学生主动对临床问题展开创新性思考。与传统临床教学方法相比，PBL教学法更有助于提升医学生创新创业意识与能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the urology department of the Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University as an example,this paper discusses the teaching effect of PBL teaching in the clinical probation and practice stages on improving the innovation and entrepreneurship aware-ness of clinical medical students and cultivating their innovation and entrepreneurship ability.The research shows that the application of PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of urology has received good results,which is helpful to promote medical students to take the initiative to think creatively about clinical problems.Compared with traditional clinical teaching methods,PBL teaching method is more helpful to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship Consciousness and ability of medical students.更多还原
