【摘要】 目的 系统评价手术室实习护生实习期间的真实体验，为今后提升护理教学质量提供参考。方法 检索建库至2022年6月Pub Med、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL、EBSCO、PsycINFO、中国知网、万方、维普及中国生物医学文献数据库关于手术室实习护生实习体验的质性研究。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所（Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI）循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对文献进行评价，并用汇集性Meta进行整合。结果 共纳入12项研究，提炼26个研究结果，将相似结果归纳组合形成6个新类别，得出多重情感体验、需求与期望和职业发展观影响3个整合结果。结论 临床护理教育者应建立组织支持系统，引导护生将压力转化为动力，重视职业安全培训，加强职业正向认知的教育，并积极建设手术室信息化教学资源，帮助护生缩短适应期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically evaluate the real experience of nursing students in surgical practice, and to provide reference for improving nursing teaching quality in the future. Methods The qualitative research on the internship experience of operating room nursing students from PubMed, Web of Science, The Cochrane Library, Embase, CINAHL, EBSCO, PsycINFO,CNKI, Wanfang, CQVIP and China Biomedical Literature Database up to June 2022 was searched. The quality evaluation standard of qualitative research of Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI) Evidence-based Health Care Center in Australia was adopted to evaluate the literature, and the pooled Meta-analysis was used to integrate the literature. Results A total of 12 studies were included, 26 research results were refined, and similar results were grouped into 6 new categories, and 3 integrated results were obtained for multiple emotional experiences, demand and expectation and influence of professional development view.Conclusion Clinical nursing educators should establish an organizational support system, guide nursing students to turn pressure into motivation, attach importance to occupational safety training, strengthen the education of positive occupational cognition,and actively build information teaching resources in operating rooms to help nursing students shorten their adaptation period.更多还原
