变电站绝缘子抗震性能试验及数值模拟研究
Aseismic performance tests and numerical simulation of substation insulators
【摘要】 作为变电站重要基础设施之一,变电站绝缘子的抗震性能直接影响了电力系统的可靠性。采用低周往复加载试验,从高度、轴压比及绝缘子拼装数量三个方面探讨了变电站绝缘子的抗震性能,对比分析了各绝缘子试件基于上述参数下破坏特征、滞回曲线、变形能力、耗能能力和承载能力等抗震性能指标。试验结果表明,绝缘子试件在低周循环加载试验后均发生了弯曲破坏。随着绝缘子试件高度和绝缘子拼装数量的增加,其耗能能力与承载能力逐渐减弱。随着轴压比的增加,滞回曲线的饱满程度和累积耗能能力显著降低,承载能力逐渐增强。基于实验建立的精细化有限元模型与试验结果进行了对比从而验证了模型的可靠性,为本课题后续电力系统抗震性能分析提供有效依据。
【Abstract】 As one of important infrastructures of substation, aseismic performance of substation insulator directly affects the reliability of power system. Here, low cycle reciprocating loading tests were conducted to explore aseismic performance of substation insulators from 3 aspects of height, axial compression ratio and insulator assembly quantity. Aseismic performance indexes of various insulator specimens, such as, damage characteristics, hysteresis curve, deformation capacity, energy consumption capacity and load-bearing capacity were analyzed contrastively based on parameters above mentioned. The test results showed that bending failures of insulator specimens occur after low cycle repeated loading tests; with increase in insulator specimens’ height and insulator assembly quantity, their energy consumption capacity and load-bearing capacity gradually weaken; with increase in axial compression ratio, fullness and cumulative energy dissipation capacity of hysteretic curve decrease significantly, and the load-bearing capacity increases gradually; the calculation results of insulator’s refined finite element model established based on tests are compared with test results to verify the reliability of the model; the study results can provide an effective basis for subsequent aseismic performance analysis of power systems.
