【摘要】 目的 研究分析急诊急救护理对重症有机磷农药中毒患者的护理效果。方法 选取2017年7月—2022年7月山东省滕州市中心人民医院收治的120例重症有机磷农药中毒患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组患者进行常规急诊护理，观察组患者采用急诊急救护理措施。比较两组患者的临床抢救指标、护理效果及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者抢救时间、洗胃时间、洗胃液体量以及住院时间少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者护理总有效率为98.33%，高于对照组的83.33%，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=8.106 8,P<0.05）。观察组护理总满意率为100.00%，高于对照组的61.67%，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=28.453 6,P<0.05）。结论 为有机磷农药中毒患者进行急诊急救护理措施，能够明显缩短患者的抢救、洗胃和住院时间，洗胃液体量减少，减轻患者洗胃的不适，护理有效率以及护理满意度得到了明显提高，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the nursing effect of emergency nursing on patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods A total of 120 patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning adm itted to Tengzh ou Central People’s Hospital of Sh andong Province from July 2017 to July 2022 were selected as th e research objects and random ly divided into th e observation group and th e control group with 60 cases in each group. Th e control group received routine nursing,wh ile th e observation group received em ergency nursing m easures. Th e clinical rescue indicators, nursing effectiveness and nursing satisfaction were com pared between th e two groups.
