【摘要】 目的 为规避传统模式中存在的问题，探讨“三位一体”结核病防治模式运行效果。方法 选取2020年3月—2021年4月滨州市中心医院收治的结核病患者52例作为对照组，实施传统的防治模式；另选取2021年5月—2022年6月该院接收的52例结核病患者作为观察组，给予“三位一体”新模式。观察比较两组转诊、追踪到位、就诊延迟、痰菌转阴率、不良反应发生率、结核病防治工作效果及转归。结果 两组转诊到位、就诊延迟比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组的追踪到位、痰菌转阴率高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的肺结核总发病率、涂阳肺结核率、涂阴肺结核率、新涂阳肺结核率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的肺结核总治愈率、完成疗程率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对结核病的防范治疗，“三位一体”模式，能对传统模式中的问题进行规避，可改善治疗的成功率，减少不良反应，提高防控的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the operational effect of the "trinity" tuberculosis prevention and control model,in order to avoid the problems in traditional model. Methods A total of 52 cases of tuberculosis patients admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were included in the study as the control group,and the traditional prevention and treatment model was implemented. A total of 52 cases of tuberculosis patients admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were taken as the observation group,and the new model of "trinity" was adopted. The referral inplace,tracking in place,delay in seeing a doctor,sputum negative rate,adverse reaction rate,tuberculosis prevention and treatment effect and outcome of the two groups were compared and observed. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of referral availability and delay(P >0.05). The observation group had a significantly higher tracking rate,a higher rate of sputum bacteria negative conversion,and a lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis,smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis rate,smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis rate and new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The total cure rate and treatment completion rate of pulmonary tuberculosis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion For the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis,the "trinity" model could avoid the problems in the traditional model,improve the success rate of treatment,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the effect of prevention and control.更多还原
