【摘要】 近年我国医疗水平进步，居民寿命增长。我国第七次人口普查的结果显示，目前约有26 400万人口的年龄≥60岁，占总人口的18.70%，其中约19 064万人的年龄>65岁，占总人口的13.50%。随着老龄化问题的加剧，如何展开老年人群的健康照护工作成为全社会关注的问题。居家护理服务质量是长期护理保险（LTCI）管理监督的重要内容，开展LTCI服务质量评价，是完善政策制度的需要，同时也可衡量护理机构的护理服务能力水平，提高同行业的竞争力，提升老年人主观满意度。现如今，我国在LTCI这一方面的进步有目共睹，但是目前，不同社区、不同机构在该方面的服务质量参差不齐，尚未形成统一的护理质量标准和评价体系。这主要是因为我国大多数地区的LTCI制度都处于初期探索阶段，居家护理服务质量管理体系尚不成熟。基于上述原因，本文针对LTCI居家服务展开研究，围绕国内外现状，针对这一服务从其概念、开展情况、实施建议等方面展开综述，以为我国LTCI居家护理服务工作的完善提供科学的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,China’s medical level has improved and the life span of residents has increased.The results of China’s seventh population census show that there are currently about 264 million people aged ≥ 60,accounting for 18.70% of total population,of whom about 190.64 million are over 65 years old,accounting for 13.50% of total population. With the aggravation of the aging problem,how to carry out health care work for the elderly has become a concern problem of the whole society. Home nursing service quality is an important part of long-term care insurance(LTCI) management and supervision. It is necessary to carry out LTCI service quality evaluation to improve the policy system. At the same time,it can also measure the nursing service ability level of nursing institutions,improve the competitiveness of the same industry,and enhance the subjective satisfaction degree of the elderly. At present,China’s progress in LTCI is obvious to all,but at present,the service quality of different communities and institutions in this area is uneven,and the unified nursing quality standard and evaluation system have not been formed. This is mainly because LTCI system in most regions of China is in the initial exploration stage,and the quality management system of home nursing service is not yet mature. Based on the above reasons,this paper conducts research on the home nursing service of LTCI. Centering on the current situation at home and abroad,this service is reviewed from its concept,development condition,implementation suggestions and other aspects,in order to provide scientific reference for the improvement of home nursing service of LTCI in China.更多还原
