【摘要】 目的 探讨综合护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）中的应用效果，为NRDS的临床护理提供参考方案。方法将2020年3月—2021年3月滕州市中心人民医院收治的60例NRDS患儿纳入研究，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组给予常规护理干预，研究组给予综合护理干预。比较两组并发症发生率、死亡率、住院时间、医疗费用、家属护理满意度评分及家属护理能力评分。结果 研究组并发症发生率为6.67%，死亡率为3.33%，均低于对照组的26.67%和20.00%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患儿家属护理满意度、新生儿护理知识、新生儿护理技能评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组住院时间短于对照组，医疗费用少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 将综合护理应用于NRDS护理中，可提升家属护理能力，使其共同参与新生儿护理，减少并发症发生率及死亡率，有助于新生儿快速康复，值得临床上应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS),and provide a reference plan for clinical nursing of NRDS. Methods A total of60 patients with NRDS treated in Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were included in the study and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of complications,mortality,hospital stay,medical expenses,scores of family members’ satisfaction with nursing care and scores of family members’ nursing ability were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications and mortality in the study group were 6.67% and 3.33% respectively,which were lower than those in the control group with26.67% and 20.00%,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The scores of nursing satisfaction,newborn nursing knowledge and newborn nursing skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the medical expenses was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in NRDS nursing could improve the nursing ability of family members,enable them to participate in neonatal nursing together,reduce the incidence of complications and mortality,and help the rapid recovery of newborns,which was worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
