不同除草剂封闭处理对麦茬旱直播稻田杂草防效及安全性评价
Control Effect of Different Herbicide Combinations Applied at Pre-Emergence Stage on Weeds in Wheat Stubble Direct SeedingR ice Fields and Their Selectivity Evaluation
【摘要】 为筛选出适宜江苏丘陵地区麦茬直播稻田的高效封闭除草药剂组合,明确其对旱直播田杂草防效及对水稻安全性,于2022年开展吡氟酰草胺+二甲戊灵、噁草酮+二甲戊灵药剂组合及常用土壤封闭除草剂噁草·丁草胺、异隆·丙·氯吡一次土壤封闭后对麦茬旱直播稻田杂草防效及安全性的田间试验。结果表明,播后苗前选用15%吡氟酰草胺可分散油悬浮剂(OD) 40、80 mL/667 m~2+330 g/L二甲戊灵乳油(EC)110 mL/667 m~2或380 g/L噁草酮悬浮剂(SC) 73.5 mL/667 m~2+330 g/L二甲戊灵EC 110 mL/667 m~2进行土壤封闭处理。药后10 d,其对田间禾草、阔叶草及总草的株防效分别为50.00%~81.25%、97.92%~100.00%和95.00%~97.50%;药后20 d,其对田间禾草、阔叶草及总草的株防效分别为92.86~98.57%、98.47%~99.85%和98.48%~99.17%;药后45 d,其对田间禾草、阔叶草及总草的株防效分别为92.88%~100.00%、82.18%~96.04%和95.58%~97.73%,鲜重防效分别为89.01%~100.00%、93.18%~99.83%和91.17%~97.79%;总体防效优于常用除草剂噁草·丁草胺、异隆·丙·氯吡,且对水稻安全;同时,与对照相比,可显著提高水稻产量。因此,利用上述药剂组合进行土壤封闭处理可有效防除旱直播稻田中的杂草,尤其是在播种后水稻苗期出草种类以丁香蓼、耳叶水苋、鳢肠等阔叶草为主,分蘖期出草种类以稗属杂草和千金子为主的田块,可减轻旱直播稻田后期杂草防除压力。
【Abstract】 This study aimed to screen out the suitable high efficient herbicide combinations applied at pre-emergence stage and confirm their control effect on weeds and selectivity to rice in wheat stubble direct seeding rice fields of Jiangsu hilly region. Field trals were carried out to evaluate the control efficacy and selectivity of the herbicide combination such as diflufenican+pendimethalin and oxadiazon+pendimethalin and commonly used pre-emergence herbicides such as oxadiazon·butachlor and isoproturon·pretilachlor·halosulfuron-methyl applied once at pre-emergence stage in 2022. The results showed that diflufenican 15%OD at 40-80 mL/667 m~2+pendimethalin 330 g/L EC at 110 mL/667 m~2 or oxadiazon 380 g/L SC at 73.5 mL/667 m~2+pendimethalin 330 g/L EC at 110 mL/667 m~2 were applied at pre-emergence stage. Their plant control effects on Gramineae weeds, broadleaf weeds and total weeds were 50.00%-81.25%,97.92%-100.00%and 95.00%-97.50%after 10 days. The plant control effects were 92.86%-98.57%,98.47%-99.85%and 98.48%-99.17% after 20 days. The plant control effects were 92.88%-100.00%,82.18%-96.04% and 95.58%-97.73%,meanwhile the fresh weight control effects were 89.01%-100.00%,93.18%-99.83% and 91.17%-97.79% after 45 days. And total control effect of the herbicide combinations were better than that of the commonly used herbicides such as oxadiazon·butachlor and isoproturon·pretilachlor·halosulfuron-methyl. Meanwhile, they were also selective to rice and the yield were significantly increased comared with the control treatment. Therefore, it was effective to control weeds using the above-mentioned herbicide combinations in wheat stubble direct seeding rice fields, especially broadleaf weeds such as Ludwigia prostrata Roxb, Ammannia arenaria H. B. K.,Eclipta prostrata(L.) L. were the main weeds at the rice seedling stage, while Echinocloa spp.,Lepto chloachinensis were the main weeds at the rice tillering stage. It could reduce the pressure of weed control in the later stage of dry direct seeding fields.
